Job Description: Property Solutions is a rocket ship in the apartment industry’s B2B SaaS space. This position is located in our Provo, UT office. Responsibilities include handling inbound contacts, including calls, chats, and emails, from prospective renters and current tenants at apartment communities all over the country. You will become a virtual property manager, equipped to help residents all over the country schedule maintenance appointments and get the help they need.

Base Wage/Salary:

• $10 per hour, plus benefits (if working 30+ hours per week)

• Retention Bonus: Your choice of $200 when you reach 90 days, OR $500 when you reach 180 days.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Full or part-time shifts available. Day, weekend, and night shifts available. One weekend shift per week is required

• Provo, UT office

• We ask for a 6 month commitment

• 2 week paid training, training groups are held Monday-Friday 7am-12pm or 3pm-8pm.
