With ResidentPay™, residents have the option of making a one-time payment, or they can schedule recurring payments. This feature offers a valuable convenience for residents and simplifies rent collection for managers.
Flexible Scheduling
The ResidentPay™ auto debit feature allows maximum flexibility in scheduling recurring payments. Residents may define specific start and end dates for automatic payments, or choose to set an open-ended recurring payment and “forget it”. ResidentPay™ will automatically process recurring payments each month with no further action required by the resident. Residents may cancel a recurring payment at any time.
Variable Payment ResidentPay™ also allows residents to establish a flexible payment range. This is especially valuable for properties where rent and fees are not fixed. Using this feature, parameters for an acceptable payment amount may be pre-set. Each month, ResidentPay™ software will determine if the balance due falls within the pre-set range, and process the amount owed. If the balance due exceeds the approved amount, no automatic payment will be processed and the resident will be notified.
