Before co-founding Property Solutions, Mr. Bateman studied business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University. In December 2002, Mr. Bateman was awarded "Student Entrepreneur of the Year" by Brigham Young University`s Marriott School of Management for founding various successful web-based companies. Some of Mr. Bateman`s successful web-based companies include DearElder.com, MissionMailbox.org, Silent Whistle, and Apartment Management Services Incorporated. During the establishment of Property Solutions, Mr. Bateman provided the seed capital to get the company through its first nine months of development.
Ben Zimmer [President & COO]
Prior to his leading role in Property Solutions, Mr. Zimmer was co-founder with David Bateman in starting DearElder.com and MissionMailbox.org, serving successfully as an executive officer for both companies since establishment. As President and Chief Operation Officer, Mr. Zimmer`s responsibilities include managing corporate finances, administrative functions, and operation divisions. Mr. Zimmer is a co-founder of Property Solutions International, Inc. and also serves on the organization’s Board of Directors. Mr. Zimmer is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he studied English and business administration.
John Hanna [Director of Sales]
Mr. Hanna was formerly the Vice President at Hanna Construction, a commercial real estate development company servicing six states in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States (Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota). Mr. Hanna is a co-founder of Property Solutions, having served a key management role in sales, professional services, and support since the company’s beginning. Mr. Hanna studied business administration at Brigham Young University-Idaho.
David Lamadrid [Director of Professional Services & Support]
As Director of Professional Services & Support, Mr. Lamadrid oversees new client implementation, support team management, partner relationship management, and support process improvement. Prior to Property Solutions, Mr. Lamadrid worked for Grupo Sisprovisa, where he managed the company’s data entry and computer sales center. Mr. Lamadrid is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he studied finance.

Steve Donohue [Member] Mr. Donohue is the President of Western National Property Management, responsible for a portfolio totaling over 145 properties and 23,000 units. Over the past 19 years, Mr. Donohue has managed in both the public and private real estate sectors. His experience includes overseeing properties in 13 states, covering over 40 cities and 80,000 apartment units. He serves as a Board Member for National Multi Housing Council, IREM, and South Coast Apartment Association.
Timo Jones [Member] Mr. Jones is the founder and CEO of Time Share Ware, the market leader in time share property management software. As the fastest-growing software development company in the industry, Time Share Ware provides PC and web-based solutions to property managers in Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, India, Mexico, and the United States.
Gary Rhoads [Member] Mr. Rhoads (PhD, Professor of Marketing at Brigham Young University) is the founder of Allegiance Technologies Inc., the market leader in web-based retention and loyalty system applications. He has done marketing consulting for various companies such as 3M, ATT, Chevron Corporation, and American Express.
David Freeman [Member] Mr. Freeman is owner and CEO of Glenwood Intermountain Properties, Inc. which specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of multi-unit housing. Glenwood Intermountain is one of the largest property management companies in Utah, with five rental communities and a portfolio size of $100 million.
