Some students from BYU finished big in the nation`s largest college business plan competition.
David Bateman and Benjamin Zimmer started a web-based company called Property Solutions last July. They created software that manages apartment properties online.
The students were named finalists in the National Entrepreurship`s Venture Bowl 2004. They traveled to New York City and went head to head with teams from Harvard and MIT.
Property Solutions placed first runner-up and won $250,000 in startup funds.
