BYU start-up Property Solutions was named as a finalist for Fortune Small Business Magazine’s first annual “MBA Showdown.” Only first place winners from business plan competitions sponsored by accredited MBA programs were invited to participate.
Property Solutions qualified for the competition by placing first in the 2003 BYU Business Plan Competition, winning a total of $50,000 cash and in-kind services. BYU’s competition is the largest private university prize-winning business plan competition in the United States. Property Solutions builds web-based software for the multifamily property management industry.
