SimplySold(R) and CPS Real Estate Increase Agent Productivity With AltiGen Phone Systems

SimplySold(R) is a nationally franchised, full service real estate brokerage founded in 2003. With more than 75 real estate agents, SimplySold(R) was seeking a communications system that would be the key to more productive offices. Using AltiGen`s phone system and Software Developer Kit, SimplySold(R) developed a proprietary application named HotLead(TM) to instantly send a text message to an agent`s cell phone when a customer calls a 24-Hour Info Line regarding a property listing. The forwarded text message contains the caller`s name, phone number, date and time of the call, whether or not the caller left a message, and the property listing address. These messages expedite agent`s replies to customer inquiries and in turn helps capture more business.
