CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Thanks to a new arrangement with ZipForm, all members of the Montana Association of REALTORS(R), a long-time ZipForm partner, have access to cutting-edge forms software as an additional benefit of their association membership. The arrangement was effective January 1st and allows all members to have access to the MAR forms through ZipForm software.

ZipForm comes in two versions, ZipFormDesktop and ZipFormOnline. Both versions are available to MAR members. ZipFormDesktop is installed onto a laptop or desktop computer and all transactions are stored locally on that computer. ZipFormOnline is designed to address the flexibility needs of real estate agents and brokers by allowing them to securely access real estate forms and edit their transactions from multiple locations via the internet. ZipForm also provides special services for brokers.
