Administrative Coordinator (Support)

Job Description: Administrative Coordinator wanted for fast-growing technology company. This person will perform a variety of complex and confidential functions to ensure assigned operations flow smoothly:

1. Oversees staff development, including interviewing, selection, training, performance appraisal, and developing procedures to ensure achievement of objectives.
2. Helps coordinate employee recognition programs, value-added benefits policies, and company events.
3. Evaluates existing operational programs and policies, and suggests changes as needed.
4. Maintains good public relations by promoting an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis in all interactions with employees, clients, and vendors.
5. Handles correspondence from clients, vendors, and employees via phone, fax, email, etc.
6. Prepares correspondence, memos, and reports as required by management.
7. Develops and maintains files, records, and confidential business documents as needed.
8. Administers general office duties.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply specialized functions relevant to Property Solutions’ programs and products
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective oral and written communication
• Knowledge of business machine operation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Two years related experience required. Human Resources experience a plus.

Work Schedule: M – F (40 hours / week)
Wage/Salary: $13-$17/hour, plus health
