Property Solutions is the largest apartment website and resident portal provider in the U.S. As it continues to expand rapidly, Property Solutions is at the forefront in developing web-based solutions to property management companies nationwide. Property Solutions products include a marketing tool for prospective apartment residents (ProspectPortal™), an online environment for current apartment residents (ResidentPortal™), and a electronic payment tool for credit card, electronic check, and check scanning (ResidentPay™).
As a Regional Account Representative, you will be identifying, cultivating and procuring new direct business sales relationships, targeting property management companies who manage 1,000 apartment units or more. The job includes aggressive phone time and light travel (1 – 2 trips per month) as well as active participation in the local apartment association. The representative will work remotely from a home office located in any major metro area in the U.S.

We are looking for an aggressive, upbeat, hungry, self-motivated, self-managed individual who wants the opportunity to grow with the company.
1 – 2 years of experience in the multifamily industry is required. We specifically want people who have experience selling to property management companies and would have multiple contacts with these companies in their area. Candidates may have worked for a property management software provider (e.g., AMSI, Yardi, RealPage, MRI Intuit, Timberline, Realeum, etc.), an Internet listing service (e.g., Apartments.com, ApartmentGuide.com, ForRent.com, Rent.com, Move.com, ApartmentFinder, etc.), a credit screening service (e.g., TransUnion Credit Retriever, First Advantage Safe Rent, Equifax, RentGrow, Resident Check, Resident Data, etc.), a call center service (e.g., Call Source, Message Pro, Voice Com, Who’s Calling, Level One, etc.), or another vendor in the apartment industry.
Experience selling software or technology products is a definite advantage.
It is also strongly preferable for the candidate to have been active in one or more local apartment associations.
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional business manners, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Schedule: M – F (40 hours / week) (Regular business hours)
Compensation: $60+K Target (Base salary plus set-up and a 4-year residual commission). Health benefits included.
