David Bateman - CEO
Before co-founding Property Solutions, Mr. Bateman studied business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University. In December 2002, Mr. Bateman was awarded "Student Entrepreneur of the Year" by Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management for founding various successful web-based companies. Bateman sits on the board of several for-profit and non-profit ventures and is a guest lecturer at BYU, Snow College & Utah Valley University. He has been featured on the cover of both Entrepreneur and Fortune Small Business Magazines. Today, Mr. Bateman has over 10 years of hands-on software development and architecture experience in Saas-based software development. Mr. Bateman remains extremely hands-on in product steering and architectural implementation.

Ben Zimmer - Co-President
Mr. Zimmer is co-founder of Property Solutions and also serves on the organization's Board of Directors. As President, Mr. Zimmer's responsibilities include managing corporate finances, administrative functions, and operation divisions. For his entrepreneurial activities, Mr. Zimmer has been featured on the covers of Fortune Small Business Magazine and Entrepreneur Magazine. Mr. Zimmer is active in the National Apartment Association, National Multi-Housing Council, National Suppliers Council, and other local affiliate multi-housing organizations. He has spoken on numerous industry panels and has written and contributed to many industry publications, including Multi-Housing News, Multifamily Executive Magazine, Multihousing Professional Magazine, National Real Estate Investor, and UNITS Magazine. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he studied English and business administration. Mr. Zimmer is also a regular guest lecturer at Brigham Young University.

John Hanna - Co-President
Mr. Hanna was formerly the Vice President at Hanna Construction, a commercial real estate development company servicing six states in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States (Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota). Mr. Hanna is a co-founder of Property Solutions, having served a key management role in sales, professional services, and support since the company's beginning. Mr. Hanna studied business administration at Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Dharmesh Shroff - CIO
Since earning a master's degree in Computer Science in 1995, Mr. Shroff has used new technology to develop strategies that successfully increase customer satisfaction and retention in every business challenge he's undertaken. His background includes such diverse industries as transportation, banking, warehouse management systems and upscale home amenity fabricators. He recently led the design, development, market release and product management of leading property management software programs such as Tenant Pro, RentRight, and PMEdge.

Virginia Tory - Director of Merchant Services
With over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Ms. Tory held positions as regional manager, property manager, and manager for such companies as Wasatch Properties (20,000 units), Granada Properties (6,000 units), Hardman Real Estate (3,000 units), and J.R. Phillips, Inc. (1,200 units) before coming to Property Solutions. Since 2005, Ms. Tory has administrated and managed the merchant account underwriting process of nearly 500 companies nationwide.

Kurt Radmall - Director of Client Services
Mr. Radmall has helped to oversee the rollout and implementation process of a number of NMHC Top 50 management companies as they have integrated Property Solution' offerings into their every day operations and has been instrumental in the continuing training and growth of Property Solutions' support team. He has served as Director of Client Services since 2008. Mr. Radmall graduated with a degree in Mass Communication and Business from the University of Utah. He is a licensed Realtor in the state of Utah.

After graduating in 2005 from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Mr. Robbins and a team of fellow graduates launched a click-and-mortar start-up called Auction Assistants. Mr. Robbins subsequently entered the field of public accounting and gained more specialized expertise working for a firm called the CPA Network specializing in audit and tax. Mr. Robbins managed the finances for Best of State, Inc. In 2008, Mr. Robbins received a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University. Since then he has been managing the day to day operations of the accounting and finance department at Property Solutions.

After he received his Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Utah State University, Mr. Creer served in HR positions at some of the largest employers in Utah, such as Hill Air Force Base and Novell. He has also worked at much smaller organizations where he helped create and refine HR policies and procedures. Mr. Creer has served on the Board of Directors of the Utah County chapter of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) as Treasurer and President.
