Property Solutions® organized research teams from two major universities in Utah and Southern Idaho. After surveying more than 450 property management companies in the Western US, the research teams found significant data indicating property managers everywhere were experiencing frustrations and inefficiencies in their rent collection, leasing, and maintenance request processes.
Continued research indicated that, although a number of highly respected property management software programs were available, none provided features to efficiently automate rent collection, or maintenance request processing.
Months of research and development showed that implementing Property Solutions® software tools could save managers four to five days each month--time normally spent processing rent payments. The invention also provided a way to significantly decrease maintenance request processing as well as improve the efficiency of the leasing process.
