Property Solutions Finishes Big

Some students from BYU finished big in the nation's largest college business plan competition.
David Bateman and Benjamin Zimmer started a web-based company called Property Solutions last July. They created software that manages apartment properties online.
The students were named finalists in the National Entrepreurship's Venture Bowl 2004. They traveled to New York City and went head to head with teams from Harvard and MIT.
Property Solutions placed first runner-up and won $250,000 in startup funds.
