Lincoln Property Company Selects Property Solutions for Portals and Websites

PROVO, Utah – May 20, 2009 – Property Solutions today announced the launch of LincolnApts.com, a corporate website with links to over 300 resident portals and community websites for Lincoln Property Company. With over 100,000 conventional units under management, Lincoln will use the new, comprehensive websites to facilitate online transactions with residents across their portfolio, integrating online transactions with their property management software.

"Over a period of about 60 days, we've been able to roll out over 300 resident portals that will improve communication with residents and simplify the processing of rent payments and maintenance requests."
Property Solutions offers unique integration between portals and property management software. "Property Solutions boasts a unique, best-of-class integration with backend property management software,” explains Ben Zimmer, President of Property Solutions. "We collect data from online transactions and post it to property management software in real time, and we transmit updated information from property management software back to the portal. In practical terms, a resident can submit a work order online then check back for real-time status updates throughout the day. Property Solutions’ integration allows properties to offer real-time availability on their websites as well as integrating online guest cards with property management software. The floor plans, pricing, and availability information provided on community websites are integrated with most major ILS listings for consistent online marketing. Property Solutions is helping Lincoln develop regional websites for better search engine optimization, and plans to add online leasing capabilities later this year.
