Property information (address, phone, photos, community amenities, etc.) pulls from a single “parent” property. Floor plans and pricing from “child” properties (other phases) are then incorporated seamlessly into the site. This allows Property Solutions powerful real-time integration to direct applications, guest cards, and lead sources generated by the community website to the appropriate phases. ILS Portal also accommodates phased properties with a single ILS feed.

Pre-Screening: Pre-screening prospective residents on your community website can save your leasing office time and money, while at the same time helping you qualify leads more effectively. Property Solutions has long provided integration with most industry screening providers, and now offers a simplified “pre-screen” application through ProspectPortal™ as well.

Here’s how it works. Visitors who click “Apply Now” will automatically access a truncated version of your online application form which will gather just enough information for screening providers to qualify the lead. An application fee can be collected at this point via credit card or ACH transaction. Qualified applicants will automatically receive access to the full rental application and the ability to pay a deposit, if desired. Applicants who don’t automatically qualify can be directed via email to contact the leasing office for more information.
