Resident Utility
- Modifications were made to Resident Utility billing platform to accommodate the unique relationship between water and waste water utilities. The system can now use one set of meter transmissions to calculate water and waste water usage.
Prospect Portal
- A redirection link field in RW>Documents>Prospect Portal was added.
Message Center
- Lists can now include guarantors as recipients.
- Quick responses can also be sorted manually.
Call Tracker
- A new call result to track Abandoned calls was added (Calls where the caller hangs up before anyone has an opportunity to answer).
- The time in which a call rings to a property is editable even without voicemail enabled.
- A message that is played on all Call Tracker calls, that states the call may be recorded was added(legal requirement).
New Reports
- The Call Center report in RWx now includes Answered Calls, as well as the Service Level (Unanswered Calls were removed).
- A Call Center maintenance report was added in Resident Works.
