Did you miss out on last week’s webinar? If you did, you may have missed some important information about the new things happening at Property Solutions. We’re always keeping one ear to the ground to provide features and tools that make property management easier. Every month we hold a webinar to inform everyone of our new, helpful features. Here’s what’s new this month:
- Redesign for mobile websites: Now you can choose from two different mobile website designs with different layouts and functions.
- Resident login email history: Property Managers can now monitor when and how often their residents are logging into ResidentPortal.
- Community search option: Prospects can now do an “enhanced” search on your ProspectPortal, letting them look for a unit in a specific price range, proximity, or one with specific amenities. Also, with a new grouping floor plan option, prospects can easily find a unit by number of bedrooms or by floor level.
- Bulk edit rent: Allows you to update rent amounts on as many units as you want. You can also group rent updates by type of unit or floor plan and choose to increase/decrease your rent by a dollar amount or percentage.
- Craigslist text-based ad: Now you can generate text-based Craigslist ads along with template ones. Our new text-based ads allow you to make custom messages as well as choose what information you want to show on the ad and upload property photos. Our Craigslist ad generator also comes with advanced reporting tools that provide detailed statistics on traffic and leads.
- Pay multiple leases at once: If a resident is leasing more than one unit from your company, they can pay their rent for all of their units at once.
- SiteTablet update: The SiteTablet now lets you smoothly scroll through property photos and drag through virtual tours. Prospects can now view both 2D and 3D floor plans, and virtually move into a unit by dragging and dropping scaled furniture into the floor plan.
- Pre-screening application: Make your leasing process more friendly with a shorter, easier initial application form and automatic screening integration. Prospects can fill out a truncated version of your online application form which will gather just enough information for screening providers to qualify the lead.
- Ratings and reviews: Allow residents to rate and review your property on your ProspectPortal website. Ratings will be sent to the property manager for approval before being posted to your website.
