HRI Properties has a mission to revitalize cities by creating diverse, vibrant, and sustainable communities. Founded in 1982, the company specializes in the adaptive reuse of historic structures and is dedicated to creating viable neighborhoods through technological innovation and pleasing aesthetics. As HRI’s marketing coordinator, Ashley Kyle is key in bringing new technology and social media to HRI’s properties, and is instrumental in helping to create the kinds of communities that make HRI stand out.
Ashley spends a lot of time visiting communities and consulting with on-site managers and leasing agents on marketing tools, strategies, and best practices. She works hard to stay up to date with local trends and passes the information she finds to her teams to help them stay one step ahead of the competition. With her help, properties are using Facebook pages to interact with residents and remind them of amenities and services available in their community. She also encourages leasing agents to create daily postings on Craigslist, Postlets, and free online services.
Ashley works with all of her on-site management teams to make sure they meet their number one goal: great customer service. Ashley makes sure teams have access to training resources focusing on resident retention, leasing, and customer service. HRI also produces a resident-facing monthly newsletter that is distributed through community websites so both prospects and residents can see the kind of events and promotions are available to the community.
