Six months ago we introduced our new ILS Portal in the April Newsletter. Making online marketing more effective and improving lead management has always been important to us, and providing daily ILS updates and guest card parsing from all ILS sources has proven to be a perfect fit with our existing ProspectPortal products. And now there’s even more.

In the last six months, as we’ve rolled out the ILS Portal across client portfolios, we’ve found ways to improve our service. We started with a great list of features including daily XML feeds that update ILS listings, pricing and floor-plan information pulled directly from your management software, availability links with access to real-time unit availability and online applications, and guest card parsing from ILS sources. Property Solutions’ ILS Portal now offers increased functionality.

Today, we’re improving lead parsing so that partially qualified leads will still be parsed for useful marketing information, making sure that no prospective residents fall through the cracks and get lost. In addition, we’ve improved our reporting options to include daily feed notifications to property managers with feed status and details on missing data or omitted fields. With these tools, managers can keep their postings current and avoid failed feeds.
