Tuesday we had our monthly new features webinar highlighting new tools that we’ve come out with. This month we focused on website Ratings and Reviews, our Blue Moon Application integration, and Lead Alert. Here’s a recap for those who were unable to attend.
Ratings and Reviews
Available both on ProspectPortal™ and ResidentPortal™, prospects and residents can submit a rating or review of your property. Residents will receive occasional reminders when they are logged into ResidentPortal™ to leave a review of your property. Whenever someone submits a rating or review, we send them to you and let you screen them and determine if you want the review to be displayed to prospective residents. Good and bad reviews can be good for your website if you make sure to address the negative ones. Ratings and reviews also provide your website with dynamic content that will increase your SEO.
Blue Moon Application Integration
If you haven’t heard about our online rental applications, you’re missing out. Not only do our online applications cut out the paper, but they cut out all of the data entry with our integration. Blue Moon is one of the several systems that we integrate with, so all the information you need from your prospective residents will feed automatically into the Blue Moon system and be entered as an application there as well.
Everything can be done directly on our side of the system, including the signature, the background check, and the application fee, and it will be posted into your Blue Moon system in real time. Early steps in the application process let you capture the lead even if the prospect doesn’t end up finishing the application. All partial applications will still be integrated into your Blue Moon system making sure you never lose a lead!
Lead Alert
We’ve been talking about Lead Alert a lot this past week, but we can’t help it—we’re excited! As soon as any kind of lead is acquired, whether it be a guest card, application, or a phone call through our nifty call tracking tool, you’re notified instantly by a pop-up at the bottom of your screen with the prospects info as well as the lead source.
