When you’re ready to get started, you can download Lead Alert for free and customize the kinds of alerts you want to receive. Then, when we detect any number of transactions, a small pop-up will appear in the corner of your screen showing the origin and subject of the lead, even providing a link to more detail in ResidentWorks. Lead alert works for:

  • Online guest cards: Whether your prospective renter submits a guest card through your website, through an ILS form, or through a check-availability link, you can receive instant notification of the lead and it’s source with Lead Alert.

  • Online lease applications: Lead Alert will let you know when someone has started an application for your properties online, whether or not they completed the application process, or stopped mid-way through.

  • Phone calls: With Property Solutions Call Tracker, Lead Alert can provide an instant pop-up showing the number that is calling as well as the advertising source that generated the lead. Click on the pop-up to immediately begin editing the prospect’s information.

  • Ratings and reviews: Lead alert can be configured to give you instant notification when a resident or former resident submits a review of your property through your resident portal or a third party apartment ratings website.
