This month Property Solutions will upgrade all ProspectPortal pages with a fresh new interface and streamlined navigation options. Along with the updated designs, we’ll be adding new features and improving the following functions:

New local search function. Residents can easily search for neighborhood info like schools, parks, sushi restaurants, etc.

Additional floor plan filters. Prospective residents can search unit availability based on move-in date, number of bedrooms, prices, and more.

Upgraded site-plan. Improved interface locates individual units within a map of the entire community.

3-D floor plan option. Our system is now compatible with your 3-D floor plans, giving residents a chance to virtually tour your units. Contact your Account Manager to order.

Your photographs, web content, and custom pages will not be affected by the changes, although the navigation may change. Watch your email for a preview of the new look.

If you’d like to take advantage of these upgrades, do nothing! The templates for your portals will update automatically on November 18. If you wish to retain your current ProspectPortal template without these changes, please contact your Property Solutions Account Manager by November 16.
