Facebook Optimizer
Do you have a Facebook to promote your property? Now you can do more than just promote. Our Facebook optimizer allows Facebook visitors view your property and pay rent. There will be a simple tab added at the top of your Facebook page that allows visitors to chose the different functions. Now you can direct prospects to your Facebook page without worrying that you’re losing a lead and give your residents another easy way to pay rent online.

Our content management system allows you to edit title tags, alt tags, meta tags, and add new pages of content to help your SEO rankings. Lease Execution
Our online application system for prospects is currently being enhanced to take it one step further—digital signatures! You can select a filled out application, create a lease and add addenda for them to sign. Once you click “Generate Lease”, it automatically emails the link to the applicant. The applicant can then begin the lease process by digitally initialing each page and sign at the end. Each page also stamps the amount of time the prospect spent on each page and records the IP address of the computer they are using. Once completed, you have the ability to also sign digitally and store the lease online. No paper!
