We’ve had a little time to reflect on the last twelve months and realized that a lot can happen in a year. Property Solutions saw a lot of growth in 2010 as we made improvements to our services, so much that many of you who are already using our products may not know all of the features now available to you. In order to get you up to speed, we’re offering a free Product Overview webinar on Jan 25 to show you how our newest tools and features can be used. In the meantime, here are a few of the major changes we saw over the last year.
-
Jan / Feb: ProspectPortal™ and ResidentPortal™ get a facelift. New interfaces are implemented to improve ease of navigation for website visitors and make transactions simpler and more efficient.
-
March: New Craigslist Posting tool allows property managers to post appealing, detailed ads to Craigslist with just a few clicks while staying compliant with Craigslist’s Terms of Use.
-
April: Property Solutions introduces Vacancy.com and a whole new concept in co-op SEM at the annual AIM Conference.
-
May / June: Property Solutions creates mobile-friendly interfaces for both ProspectPortal and ResidentPortal. MobilePortal™ allows prospects and residents to easily find property information and conduct online transactions with their property via smartphone.
-
July: Property Solutions develops an easy way for property managers to take advantage of the oh-so-hot Apple iPad when it launches the SiteTablet™ app. Properties begin using the iPad as a mobile kiosk for marketing, leasing, and resident transactions.
-
September: First with Vacancy.com, then with ProspectPortal, Property Solutions’ new Ratings and Reviews give property managers an opportunity to monitor and interact with resident feedback in an equitable way. Finally!
-
October: A new desktop plug-in called Lead Alert is introduced to help on-site personnel track and measure contacts from prospective residents.
- December: Call Tracker enters beta testing. The new service works side by side with Property Solutions lead management tools, including lead alert, and adds the ability to create distinct phone numbers and extensions for marketing campaigns as well as some impressive reporting tools.
It’s been a busy year, and Property Solutions continues to develop new tools and improve our suite of products into the most effective technologies available for property managers. Stay tuned to our monthly newsletters, blogs, and webinars to keep pace with the changes. They’re happening fast!
