
Property Solutions has a lot of exciting projects in the works for 2010, and we’re looking forward to building some fun new products and enhancing others in the coming months. We had a great year in 2009 and wish to thank all of our clients whose ideas and requests have guided the development of our products this far. Keep those suggestions coming!
To kick things off in 2010 we’re launching a spruced up ResidentPortal with a cleaner interface and more intuitive navigation as well as a few additional features. On Thursday, January 21, Property Solutions will release the new ResidentPortal complete with the following features:
- Fresh new interface: The resident landing page now includes at-a-glance details on balance due and community notices as well as easy-to-spot payment and maintenance request links. We’ve also added local attractions and the community wall to the landing page, making information more accessible than ever.
- New interactive calendar: The resident landing page now has an interactive calendar that lets residents see, at a glance, all of your community’s events and holidays. Details appear when residents mouse over a specific date.
- Social networking integration: Recognizable social networking icons provide direct links to Facebook Connect, or your profile on Digg, Twitter, and MySpace.
- Local attractions upgrade: We’ve re-designed the information that formerly appeared on the community page and moved it to the resident landing page. This feature provides an easy-to-use google search to locate neighborhood restaurants, schools, parks, etc. on an interactive map. Property managers may enter specific local attraction that will appear by default each time a resident logs in.
