In recent months we’ve asked our employees to nominate co-workers who do an outstanding job and contribute significantly to our company. As a result, this month we’d like to re-introduce you to Rebecca Robinson. We spotlighted Rebecca a few months ago, so this time we’d like to tell you more about the work she does in our office.
Our design team has recently put the finishing touches on new product videos that detail the features and benefits of ProspectPortal websites. Property Solutions is pleased to announce a new ResidentPay™ integration with Western Union which will allow residents to pay their rent with cash at any of the over 56,000 Western Union Agent locations in the US or Canada. Payments made through Western Union are posted automatically to the resident’s ledger in the community’s property management software, saving time and data entry for accounting personnel. Apartment communities using ResidentPay can eliminate on-site cash and money-order payments, reducing the risk of fraud, theft, and lost payments. At the same time, Property Solutions’ seamless integration of payments made via Western Union eliminates data entry and saves valuable time during rent collection.
