Product Development Update - February 17 2012

We have had another successful week of releases. Below is a snapshot of the recent updates.

Resident Utility

  • A new version of our resident invoice has been released. We now have an email only version of our invoice.

ILS Portal

  • Guest Card Parsing for RentBits.com leads is now live; all leads/guest cards from RentBits.com postings will now automatically push into the Leads section of Resident Works and integrate into your Property Management Software if setup in ILS Portal.

Message Center

  • Functionality added to search through lists.
  • Added personalized message tags (merge fields) for First Name and Last Name to be added to email messages.
