Our friends at Village Green never cease to impress. They always seem to be going the extra mile to make sure their properties are the best and most desired to live in. This week they were given the spotlight by one of their local news stations for a new property of theirs called ‘Current At The Banks’. The property has a to-die-for location sitting between the Great American Ball Park and Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The property won’t open until April, but it has already pre-leased 43 percent of its 300 units. People are renting site unseen thanks to their award-winning apartment website that allows them to view floor plans and even place scaled-to-size furniture into the floor plan to help prospects visualize how everything would look and fit.
