Property Solutions is pleased to announce that a free Live Chat feature will soon be available as a part of the Lead Alert product, allowing property managers to interact in real-time with prospective residents who visit the property website. Live chat is designed to give leasing personnel an additional tool to engage with prospective renters. The conversation is immediate and effortless, and helps leasing professionals get prospects started on the leasing process right away. Prospective renters who don’t want to pick up the phone will still be able to get timely answers to questions.
The new live chat feature will provide prompts within the ProspectPortal™ website that allow prospective renters to initiate an instant chat session with a property representative. When a visitor activates a live chat, property personnel will receive a Lead Alert with a blinking icon informing them that a chat is waiting. Chat transcripts will be recorded in the Property Solutions lead management system for future reference. Lead Alert Live Chat is free for users of ProspectPortal™ and will be available in March.
