Resident Insure

• Residents can now log into ResidentInsure.com from ResidentPortal without typing in a username and password! This is a silent login, so they won’t need to know separate credentials to manage their renters insurance policy. This was the most-requested update for Resident Insure, and we’re happy to accomodate.

Craigslist

• Ability to delete ads has been restored.
• Ability to add logo to an ad has been created. (black border is not part of ad in image below).

Prospect Portal

• Guest Cards can now be embedded to work with non PSI websites as a snippet of code that is dropped in. These guest cards will be handled the same way all guest cards are handled - inserted into Leads in RWx, and synced into integrated accounting softwares. These will also be de-duplicated if the same lead has been created twice. This is useful if you are not using our websites but like our lead management functionality.

Resident Pay

• View Check Images without Scrolling: Clients who use Resident Pay Desktop Slim will now find it much easier to review check images for Check 21 batches, because each image is now shown in the expanded view of each row, instead of in the top section of the page - no more scrolling back and forth! Users see two small preview images, one each for the front and back of each check, and if they click on one of the preview image, they see a larger version of that image.

Lease Execution

• We have added a new review merge field screen that groups fields into categories and displays friendly field labels and inputs. This is compatible with Blue Moon leases.

Utility Billing

• Ability to perform manual move outs in Resident Works has been enabled, which automatically generates utility transactions in Yardi. This includes functionality to reverse move outs.
