
Last month the NMHC released a report indicating that, although many apartment communities are offering options for online rent payment to their residents, many residents are still ignoring online options in favor of walking or calling in to the leasing office. While reasons for slow adoption of new processes may vary, we think it always helps to have a clear picture when making plans for future improvements. Which is why Property Solutions has developed a monthly report that will show property mangers basic website usage at-a-glance, including:
- Number of Online Payments Processed
- Number of Online Rental Applications
- Number of Online Guest Cards
- Number of Online Maintenance Requests.
Reports are automatically generated for a single property or a portfolio and distributed by email each month. If a property would prefer not to see this information they can disable the report in ResidentWorks. Use the reports to track trends in web usage and measure the effectiveness of participation promotions.
