2011 was a great year for Property Solutions. As we looked back on the highlights of the last twelve months, we realized that many of our finest, and craziest moments were documented on film. Ready for a fun stroll down memory lane? Check out the videos below:
January: A lot of people were talking about paperless offices in 2011. Property Solutions was ahead of the curve with this January video about online paperless applications.
March: Our client services team spent the year making implementation as easy as possible for our clients. This video shows the implementation process.
April: We didn’t stop at paperless applications — you can do anything online. (Casey can even find his soul-mate online!) Online lease execution and renewal was one of our most exciting new products in 2011.
May: We talked to a lot of happy clients at the AIM conference who provided great feedback and told us some of their own success stories.
June: We officially introduced ResidentInsure renters insurance at the NAA show in June, (remember the sign spinner?) making insurance an easy choice for renters and property managers alike.
August: Online rent payments have been around for years, but our clients are still looking for ways to boost resident participation. Our team crunched the numbers and came up with some tried and true tips for making online payments work for you.
September: Dodgeball. World Record. Enough said.
December: Our final launch of the year: ResidentUtility applies Property Solutions’ amazing integrations and billing expertise to the utility billing space. Keep an eye on this one, folks. It’s going to be huge!
